These terms govern your access to and use of the Control Harbour platform and services. Please read them carefully.

1.Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using the Control Harbour platform, websites, and related services (the Services), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are entering into these terms on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization.
2.Accounts and eligibility
To use most features you must create an account and provide accurate information.
- You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and all activity under your account.
- You must promptly notify us of any unauthorized use or suspected security breach.
- You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract in your jurisdiction.
3.Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Services. In particular, you will not:
- Access the Services by any means other than the interfaces we provide.
- Attempt to probe, scan, or breach security or authentication measures.
- Upload unlawful, infringing, or malicious content, or content you lack rights to.
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services.
4.Customer data and ownership
You retain all rights to the data you submit to the Services (Customer Data). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and transmit Customer Data solely to provide and improve the Services, and as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell Customer Data.
5.Subscriptions, fees, and billing
Paid Services are billed according to the plan or order form you agree to. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable, and subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled in accordance with your order. Taxes are your responsibility except where we are legally required to collect them.
6.Intellectual property
The Services, including all software, models, and content we provide (excluding Customer Data), are owned by Control Harbour or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. No rights are granted except as expressly set out in these terms.
7.AI-powered features
The Services include autonomous and agentic AI features. AI-generated output may contain inaccuracies and is provided to assist, not replace, professional judgment. You are responsible for reviewing and validating AI output before relying on it for compliance, legal, or risk decisions.
8.Disclaimers
The Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law. Control Harbour does not provide legal, audit, or professional advice.
9.Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Control Harbour will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data. Our aggregate liability arising out of the Services will not exceed the amounts you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.
10.Termination
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or use the Services in a way that risks harm to us or others. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases and we will handle Customer Data as described in the Privacy Policy.
11.Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Services or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
